I cannot make a paste link between 2 worksheets in excel 2003 if I use equal
sign (=). For example I have data is in Sheet1!A1, and I want to copy it to
Sheet2!B2 using equal sign. Everytime I type equal sign (=) in Sheet2!B2 and
point the sursor to Sheet1!A1 then result will be displayed in Sheet1!B2, not
in Sheet2!B2. However,  I don't have problem if I used Copy - Paste Spesial -
Paste Link or if I type it manually (=Sheet1!A1 in Sheet2!B2). Please advice!

If you're getting something appearing in Sheet1!B2 when you're inserting a
formula in Sheet2!B2, are you sure you haven't got Sheet 1 and Sheet 2
grouped?  Do you have [Group] after the workbook name in the title bar?  See
whether more than one sheet is highlighted;  right-click on one of the tabs
& select "Ungroup sheets".
