I want to have a cell in Excel to blink on and off if it meets a certain
criteria.
Any ideas?

The general recommendation is to AVOID blinking cells. They are always
annoying and some types of websites forbid them  But, if you're interested in
going that route, see Chip Pearson's website on blinking cells.....

Does that help?
