I have to fill Excel forms form a data given in rows & colums. Every
time I use to copy & paste.

To fill one form I have details in many colum of single row and again
second form from other row & its colum.

It take a lot of time in filling hundreds of form.

Is there any way to fill these forms at once from a data in other excel
file.

Pls help.

Not very sure, I'm afraid, based on what has been posted.

Perhaps you could use either VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH to extract data from
your source table

Browse Debra's nice coverage on VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH at her:

VLOOKUP

INDEX/MATCH

There's also some sample workbooks available for d/l & study
