Minimize my workspace area in Excel 2003?

On some worksheets my scroll bars are really tiny indicating that the
worksheet has data in it however there isn't any. I have tried deleting
everything out of the blank cells however it tells me that there is
information all the way to BM10273, which there isn't.

Can I set my workspace area?
