calculate date and number field

I need to know if certin forms are out of date. This is a piece of the table
below.

Start Date    Duration Expired Yes/No
1-Jan-07    13   
1-Jan-07    13    Yes
1-Jan-07    13    Yes

Need a macro or funtion to be set up so excel can calculate the date it
expired (do not count Saturday and Sunday) and how many days it has been
expired.

Is the 13 the number of weekdays or the number of days?
