I'm down loading a pivot table from portfolio analyzer and want the time
fields to cacluate weeks instead of days. Is there a way to do this.

You can group the dates in seven day intervals--
Select the field button for the date field
On the PivotTable toolbar, choose PivotTable>Group and Show Detail>Group
Enter a starting date, e.g. a Sunday or Monday date
In the By list, select Days
For Number of Days, select 7
Click OK

I don't see the following:

Enter a starting date, e.g. a Sunday or Monday date
In the By list, select Days
For Number of Days, select 7
Click OK

Where is this coming up?
