YES. Select the cells that you want to allow to specific person/s in the
worksheet, then click on tools, protection,allow users to edit ranges.Click
on new, the cells will be showing there, just select a password and type it,
retype it. Click on permission and write the person/s name ( they must be
already in your computer/network preregister) and then check allow or denied.
You can do this as many times or cells or person you'd like to. Hope it help.
