how do I display list options as different colour when selected?

I want assign importance to each list option when selected by colour. Is
there anyway to do this?

What "list options" are you referring to?

Not sure what you mean by "list option".

Do you mean some cells are blue or green or yellow or.......?

Do you want to assign a ranking number to each color?

Blue cells are 1........green cells are 2 etc.?

How did the cells get their color?

Manually or by Conditional Formatting?
