I have the data in excel of medical but facing prolblem to sort or correct
data shape is like this

OPD No, Employee No. Name of Medicine. Prescribed by. quantity. price
1 0001 Dr ABC
Panadol
10 20
abc
1 30
ccc
2 3

the data consist more the 18800 rows and 6 col but i need in following shape
i need ur help to save my time rather then deleted and copying the same data
its more then 3 days work

1 0001 Panadol Dr. ABC
10 20
1 0001 abc Dr. ABC
1 30
1 0001 ccc Dr. ABC

Position your cursor in cell C2 (i.e. the blank cell immediately below
"Name of Medicine" and Edit | Delete ... | Move Cells up. This will
bring them all up to the correct row - you can then delete the blank
rows in a variety of ways (eg by sorting, or by applying a filter for
Blanks then deleting the visible rows).
