Pivot table woes

I have a pivot table that gives me customer name and the month he last
bought an item and the month he first bought an item, the max. value
of the item he bought as well as the min. amount and the category of
item(books, apparel, electronics). I want to create a list that reads

Customer name   Min month of purchase  Max Month of Purchase   Min
amount  Max. amount Category

Is there a way other than cutting and pasting about 1000 customer
names to read it in this format or a drop down list as in the Pivot
Table.

To arrange the data horizontally, drag the Data button onto the cell
that contains the word 'Total'
