how do i bring back excel sheet ?

Aactually after i have update an excel sheet  i forgot to save it .. So when
i open it again it's still not updated what should i do to bring back my
updated one ?

Unless you have had the AutoSave feature employed, or sent the file to
someone else, etc, you cannot retrieve any data that you have closed without
saving.

Go to your backup copy.
[If you haven't got one this time, hopefully you will have one next time.
File/ Save As/ General Options ...]

Sorry, ignore my comment.  I was thinking that you'd over-written an earlier
version.  If you've updated but not saved, then you're stuck.

[The advice to "always create a backup" stands, though it wouldn't have
helped you in this particular case.]
