I believe you are asking for a normal distribution curve. I don't
know how to do that in Excel, but maybe with the translation someone
else will know how to.

If you do want a normal distribution, functions such as NORMDIST, NORMSDIST,
NORMINV, and NORMSINV may be worth looking at.
