Hello,

I have created a drop down menu. Each customer  has 3 or 4 presses, on
my worksheet if I choose a specific customer I should have the
specific pressess , but the list contains 0 values as well as the
presses that the customer uses , how can I get rid of the 0 values
from my list.

Thanks

Find and Replace.  Press CTRL+H to bring up the dialog. Under 'Find
What' type 0, and leave the Replace section blank. Click the Options
button and put a tick in the 'Match Entire Cell Contents' box.  Click
'Replace All' and all zero values will be blanked out.

Hope this helps,
Matt Richardson
