I have a spreadsheet with the following characters - some columns are
inaccessible for input, some cells are protected, there is a section of
the spreadsheet that I can't even click the mouse it jumps to the next
available cell. Some columns have a weired color - Pink!. Basically it
has more restrictions than necessary and I need to modify some of the
formulas, be able to add a row and be able to print the way I want. How
do I disable these restrictions? or edit so that I can modify it? After
all it is mine now.I'm also eager to know how to do all these cool
stuff. Unfortunatley, the person who designed this is no longer with
the company. Spreadsheet created in Excel 97-2003, I now use the 2007
version.

Tools > Protection > Unprotect Sheet

Else

Data > Validation > Clear All

Does that help?
