Change the colour of numbers in a cell if the number is negative

In excell is it possible to change the colour of a number in a cell for
example if it goes negative?

Look at Format>Conditional Formatting and the available Help.

If you look at Format/ Cells/ Number/ Custom, you will see formats like
#,##0;[Red]-#,##0 and you can change them to suit your requirements.

Format>Cells>NUmber>Number>Negative Numbers.

Choose whatever option you wish.
