I need to add several angle measurements in dd-mm-ss format. How do I enter
these into excel cells and have them work? I saw postings from a year ago but
couldn't get it to work.

Format the cells for time using the custom format of [hh]:mm:ss  and enter your dd-mm-ss as
dd:mm:ss.  Then use regular addition or summing.
