How do I underline just 1 word in an Excel cell that is created by a formula?

for example, the formula could be: ="Please underline this word." and I want
to underline the word "Word".  The actual formula I am working with is
getting words from many other cells within the worksheet.

Formulas don't allow this kind of character by character formatting.
