How do I format cell to 0.25 resolution?

I would like to restrict a cell to a 0.25 resolution. (5.00, 5.25, 5.50,
5.75, 6.00, ...).

Right Click on the Cell > Format Cells > select Number > set the decimal
places to 2

Maybe

=ROUND(A1/0.25,0)*0.25
