If you don't "click" on the cell, you would not know it has a dropdown list.
I want this to be visible without clicking on the cell. Also, my dropdown
list when clicking on it, shows on the outside (right side) which is outside
the cell. I noticed that Microsoft, in their dropdown list, it shows and is
inside the cell.

You can't, for Data validation (DV) dropdowns. But you could easily
format/color the cell to make it distinctive. Or insert a comment on the DV
cell (and show the comment).

One alternative - you could try using a combo box from the Forms toolbar,
and draw it sized to fit to grid -- hold down Alt key when you draw/resize --
so that it looks like it's inside the cell. The dropdown will be visible. It
does take more work to get it up though, compared to DVs.
