I need to report on aging of invoices based on when the service was incurred
vs. when it was actually paid.

OK. You have two choices.

One, Google "aging report" -- you will get lots of examples.

Two, tell us what your spreadsheet looks like. Where is the amount, current
date, date to age, aging rules (30, 60, 90 days?), etc.
