Hi,
You can select all the sheets at once.
Click on the first sheet tab, then hold down Shift while you click on the
last sheet tab.
Now anything you do on the active sheet will be done to all sheets,
including Conditional Formatting. To deselect all sheets, click any one tab.

I have tried that but when I do, the conditional formatting is greyed out and
I cannot select it. Is there a limit to the amount of pages? I have almost
200 pages I am trying to do here.

Hi,
I'm not aware of any limitation on the number of sheets that can be grouped
for conditional formatting.
Check to make sure that the workbook isn't protected, or that no individual
sheets are protected.
