thru form update data store in excel

hi all,

i need to update the excel data tru user form,

i have data like,

product no.      name        amt

11               soap        10

12               towel       15

13               powder      40

this are the data i need to update in excel sheet,

1. i need to create the user form in excel,once the excel is activate
automatically userform will open , i need make the 2 command button ,
1.new entry and other is 2.update

2. once i will click the new entry , the new entry data list will show
like product no.      name        amt ,and then click update button
its automatically saved in excel sheet.

3.once i will click the update , the update data list will show like
product no.      name        amt ,and then click update button its
automatically saved in excel sheet.(it will update data is already
stored) eg: enter the product no.11 it will show the name and amt once
i was change the amt its automatically update in same product amount.

pls do the needful.

That is a built-in capability. Look at Data / Form....
