Hi,

Please give me help in formulating correct use of Countif Function.

The duplicated values are given the highest number when it is beging of the
sheet the last one is given the least number of the repetitions...like

My Data     Countif shows

75821542       2
14582            3
12582            1
25265            1
14582            2
75821542       1
14582            1

What I want : I want : which one is first it should be returned no. in the
ascending order of  their repitions.

My Data     Countif shuld shows like this
75821542       1
14582            1
12582            1
25265            1
14582            2
75821542       2
14582            3

>> this make me the oldest to remain and the latest to be deleted when ever duplicated. hope it is clear.

Thanks,
Safi
