i want to click on one cell in a worksheet and it take me to the other
worksheet cell on a different sheet. AND if there is currently nothing in
that cell i want it to be blank.

** what i'm trying to do is on one worksheet it tells you if certain things
are accepted. on the other worksheet it gives certain details that makes
those things accepted. EI: if it say yes this is accepted in cell B2 then
click on that "X" in B2 and it will take you to sheet 2 where it shows you
how that is acceptedin cell E3, and vis-ver-sa.

Thanks ahead of time!!

=IF(Sheet2!A1="Accepted","",HYPERLINK("[MyWorkbook]Sheet2!A1","Accepted"))

Hope this helps!
