My new Excel 2007 worksheets are opening with numerical lables on the rows
and columns.  I have not been able to figure out how to change the column
lables to alpha characters.  Any one able to help?
Thanks.

It is an option called R1C1 Reference Style. You'll have to turn it
off by going to the Office logo button and changing Excel's options.
