I have a very large workbook, containing c.90 sheets and
numerous macros.  Each time the workbook is opened I am
asked whether to update links.  If I answer "yes", I get 2
File Not Found messages, one for each of two files.
Viewing the links in Edit, Links the file and pathnames
are unrecognisable, and in fact do not exist on my pc.  I
have conducted a search of all sheets and macros for the
file names but nothing is found.  I should like to delete
these apparently spurious links but I cannot see a way to
do this.  Incidentally, if the workbook is opened in Excel
2002 no links are detected.

Any help would be gratefully received.
