moving data to outlook

I have a company roster that has names, numbers and email addresses that i
would like to put into my contacts in Microsoft outlook, can anyone help me ?

Firstly, export a contact from Outlook to Excel and compare the data. Format
the Excel spreadsheet to equal the exported one. name the range. Then in
Outlook, do File-import.
