Hi Barb,
If you are new to Excel, you are probably not aware of the potential
for destroying your data with a sort if you fail to select ALL cells first.
Before invoking the sort select all cells on the worksheet by
using Ctrl+A (3 times in Excel 2007, 2 times in Excel 2002).
Safest to use the Sort from the Data menu, and indicate there
whether you have headers or not (so you don't sort the headers as data).
