protect template

Is it possible to protect the template i apply to a doc? i do not want my
styles to change whenever i close and open my documents. can i restrict word
from changing the styles?

If you can't then you should be able to, why don't you ask in a Word forum

If you have questions about Word, please ask them in a Word group, not in an
Excel group.
