Compare names on two worksheets

I have one Excel worksheet with one column of personal names on it. I have a
2nd Excel worksheet that has several columns of personal names on it. I need
to compare the 1st worksheet to the 2nd worksheet for any misspellings.
(Microsoft Excel Office Edition 2003 SP2)

you are actually looking for non duplicates but the method works fine for
that too
