Sup!

I always wonder if there is a way 2 make a list of names in ABC order.

Example: A1 to A30 has a list of names not in ABC order,  How do I make the
Colum A in ABC order without typing the names all over again?

One way:

Select A1:A30. Choose Data/Sort... from the menu.

Hi,

Just select the cells which you want to sort and then click the button Sort
Ascending for Ascending order and Click Sort descending for Desending order
in the toolbar.

Note: You can use this if there is no dependency column for the column which
you are going to sort. If there is any dependency column, then select that
column also and then sort. So that the columns which are dependable also will
get modify accordingly.

Hope this will clear your doubt.

Regards,
Soundar
