sorting without affecting the format

Pls tell me how to sort out datas (A-Z or alphabetical oreder) without
affecting the format (like spaces or rows in between). Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sort the individual blocks separately (data without blanks), or else the space (blanks) will get
sorted as well.
