Why Does My Dropdown List Always open at the end of the List instead

Typically that problem is related to the source list having blanks (usually
at the end).  If you've left extra space under the list for future entries,
but only want to use the "valid" items, consider using a Dynamic Range Name.
DNR's automatically expand and contract to accommodate the list members.
