I have a workbook with about 50 worksheets.
If I scroll along the bottom tabs my first worksheet (which is the menu)
disappears off the screen.
Is there a way to freeze a worksheet or worksheets so that their tabs are
always visible at the bottom of the screen?
Thanks

Don't think so. But if you right-click on the vcr-like tab scroll buttons at
the bottom left of the screen, you would get a pop up menu to easily go to
any sheet. And your 1st/leftmost "menu" sheet would appear right at the top
of that pop up for easy return.

Or, you could try opening a new window (Click Window > New Window)
Then arrange it to taste (click Window > Arrange > Tiled (say) > OK) with
your "menu" sheet "fixed" on the left for reference, with the other window
on the right for viewing/scrolling to any other sheet.
