I have a ws with 17 columns, 8 of which are linked to a master ws

A user did a copy/paste over one of my columns and it overwrote my links

Is there some form of 'paste special' that needs to be used so we can
paste in new values without losing our links

Thanks for the info

Don't think so. Maybe just protect the 17 cols to prevent accidental
overwriting.

Copy, Select the range you want to paste over, Edit/ Go To/ Special/ Blanks,
and then paste.
