File>Open>Files of Type>Lotus 123 *.wk?

Give it a try.

hi,
xl stopped supporting lotus at wk4 files extentions which i think was lotus
R5. in 2000 (I think) lotus came out with the .123 file extention. xl does
not support this version.
if your version is wk4 or lower, in the zl file open dialog, in the file of
type box, scroll down to lotus file extentions. select and click open.
if you have .123 file extenions, find somebody who had lotus 2k or higher.

regards
