I am trying to chart a weight loss goal and I want to put in a starting
weight and a goal weight in a sheet showing a wieght goal for each day and
have excel autofill the equal divisions for the days in between. Is there a
function or something that will do this? Thanks.

Hi,

Put your starting weight in Pounds in A1 and for a 30 day program put your
end weight goal in A30. Then

Edit|Fill|Series and ensure Linear is selected and click OK.
The intermediate cells will populate with the daily loss requirement.
Format the cells as required to get rid of excessive decimal places.
