Why can't I access all of my tools in the Data tab? I have access to them in another document but not a second document. Aly, Is your worksheet 'protected'? Try - Tools > Protect > Unprotect Sheet > Why can't I access all of my tools in the Data tab? I have access to them in > another document but not a second document. Also............if your workbook is "shared" you will lose some functions on the Data menu.
