How to do an ampersand in excel header and footer

I can't seem to get an & in my excel header. It
disappears.

Can anyone help me.

Shauna,

The & character is a special control character when used in
headers and footers. To get an & to display, use two, &&.

I beleive you have to use 2 like this &&
