I have Word, Excel, and Outlook 97. What is the best program and easiest to
use to create a contact management list/database. I will be phoning my
contacts as well as sending them mailings (need to print mailing labels)?

I think Word would be easiest, as it has choice in the print menus that are
specific to printing labels, and merge mail functions...

I would keep the contact list in Outlook, and use Word to print the
labels. There's some information here:
