Hi,

Someone once showed my how to do this but I can't remember
the shortcut. It shows formulas on the screen instead of
having to go to the formula bar and look at each cell.

THanks

Gordon

Press CTRL + ` ("grave" key just above the "Tab" key)
to toggle between formula view and "normal" view

Alternatively:
Tools > Options > View tab > Check box for "Formulas" > OK
