I'm certainly not a pro at this, but try using CTRL + C
to copy the HTML text, then using Paste Special to
convert the text to "unformatted" before dumping it into
excel.

I want the form to look professional and only use a small
size when open.  Some people have only used pcs for
searching the internet, for them it would be easier to
use a html page to enter a daily log sheet.

I know excel to a high standard so its my first choice
though.
