Help!  My arrows have fallen and can't get up!

Suddenly, the arrows (either up, down, right or left)
won't move from the cell that's highlighted to another
cell .  Now they move the entire worksheet.  How can I
reset the arrows to move to adjacent cells?  Any help
would be appreciated.  Thanks, jan

Press the Scroll lock key to unlock it
