You can use the CONVERT Function from the Excel Analysis ToolPak Add-in to
convert Metric to Standard.

Or you could go to Windows Control Panel>Regional and Language
Options>Regional Options tab>Customize and set the "measurement system" to
Metric.

The second option would affect all programs.
