The above message comes up every time I open excel.  I'm on Windows XP Pro,
Office 2000 Pro.  My friend who sends me excel files sends them from Office
2003.  I'm just guessing that maybe it's a file from his newer version of
office.  How do I remedy this window from poping up all the time?

Try this link: http://tinyurl.com/3vjcy

It's an add-in to be removed via
(from instructions inside the link):

Click Tools > Add-Ins

Click to clear the Small Business Financial Manager check box.

You receive the following message:
Can't find add-in 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\sbfm40.xla'. Delete from list?

Click Yes on the message.
