A minor but annoying problem.  Excel 2003 from a clean install of Office
Pro/XP Pro.  I cannot use these keys to move around in any of my
spreadsheets.  Can someone tell me how to resolve this?

Perhaps the Scroll Lock was turned off during the installation. Press
the Scroll Lock key on the keyboard, and see if that fixes the problem.
