If you have to ask the question, then you haven't the knowledge. Go for an
off-the-shelf package designed for small businesses - Quickbooks, TAS books
or something similar. As it's a charity, presumably you have to submit
annual accounts to the Charity Commisioners, and thus if you don't know what
you are doing, get a commercial package.
