How do I insert a check box?

I'm trying to insert a new check box into a cell in the worksheet. Can this
be done? I'm not very good at this. Please email me at: wsegni@zionsbank.com
if you can help me because the old email address is not working correctly.

Draw a textbox first and change its font to 'Marlett". Then the small letter
'a' will give you a tick meark in that box.

Hope it will satisfy your need.
