Column Lables?

Accross the top of the spreadsheet, the names of each column used to be
letters(a,b,c,...z,aa,ab,ac...etc). However. somhow I managed (without
realizing it) to change them all to numbers.  It is makiing my function
making hard; I want it back but I dont know how. Please help!

tools/options/make sure R1C1 under Settings is NOT checked
