class problem; sensitivity reports used by prof show headings final value,
reduced cost objective constraint, allowable increase, allowable decrease
(etc); mine only shows final value and Reduced gradient; how do I make
sensitivity report show up with the other headings; text book shows this as
happening automatically

As Bernard indicated, check the various help/tutorials for more details.
However, here's a quick tip. Solver can provide a lot more information
for linear problems compared to non-linear ones. To specify whether a
problem is linear (a) make sure it really is so, and (b) set the
appropriate option by clicking, in the Solver dialog box, the Options
button.
